Very Bad experience, Beware of House Keeping Gundas

Pros: New Class hotel with parking, Restaurant etc. Nice Rooms Cons: The hotel is very far from City center Bad Experience: We were part of a marriage party and was allotted a room after 12 PM. After lunch we went for shopping at City by 2pm. When we came back by 5pm, noticed that our room was opened and cleaned. As we came for marriage, we had Jewellery etc in our bags. Luckily nothing was lost. We called on the house keeping number and complained about it. How a room allotted after 12 noon will be opened by 3pm for cleaning with out informing us. Instead of apologizing for what happened he shouted on us telling he has right to open any room if "Do not Disturb" sign is not on. I think then employed Criminals and Goondas to handle Guests. Kannur is a place where they kill people simply for fun. As we were afraid of our own life, we were forced to keep Mum

Neat, clean, very helpful staffs. Good food at their restaurant. Rooms were well designed. Enormous amount toiletries provided. Little outside of city, but no worries. Ample parking space. Saritha at the front desk kept on taking updates as we were travelling by toad.

While we were in the area, with a long wait for a bus, we visited the Magnet Hotel. The Reception staff were, without exception, helpful and charming, and stored our luggage for us while we ate dinner. The food in the restaurant was excellent quality and the waiters very professional and friendly. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and while we didn't stay overnight I would completely recommend the Magnet Hotel from what we saw and experienced.

A delightful hotel. Clean, comfortable, good food, comfortable beds, good a/c and delightful staff. The laundry was done well, the room cleaned as long as you hand your key in at the desk in the morning Well worth the stay. Huge car park and very very quiet. A truly fantastic find

All the team was just amazing, wam welcomed, very good professional, from security, front office, f&b team all where really amazing… and we had a small trip and we use the hotel car with driver Sreeraj was really amazing good talking clean car , we’ll plan for the trip
